Was dismissed from work today. Felt absolutely numb until I got home then I just completely lost it.

Emailed my Dad at work to ask if he was still there and then it took me about 10 minutes to write anything.

I'm a failure. That's the end of it. I can't succeed at anything.

Sorry to hear that. I know how you feel regarding that last statement. Sometimes we just feel like we are at the lowest of lows, and there is nothing working for us. Actually though, there's always something we can succeed at. All you have to do is look more. It isn't easy, but it will come to you.

I'd rather not discuss the why because it was my fault but it was still barely anything. Just one silly little error.

I'd actually prefer it if i'd had another anxiety attack because at least then I couldn't have helped it.

I was just stupid this time.

My life is just an endless cycle of failure and fucking up opportunities. I simply can not do anything right.

Yes but i'm not ready to jump back into jobsearching AGAIN. I want to go to my Dad's farm for a long rest.

I am probably one of the few here that can completely empathize with you. I've felt like that a lot lately. The only thing that has stopped me from going over the edge is that my daughter will always need me. I royally fucked up everything I had. I let my family down. I let myself down. Now instead of waiting home for my daughter's bus to drop her off, I sit in this empty, lonely, apartment every day and wish I could take all of my mistakes back. I have nothing right now. I don't have food in my cabinets. I don't even have a couch or a tv yet. Just about everything is still in boxes because I have no shelves to store everything on.

I tried going to a therapist to talk things out and during the first visit she recommended that I go to this clinic where MULTIPLE therapists and psychiatrists can evaluate me and look over me because I have too much going on in my head right now for just one therapist to handle. She basically told me kindly that I'm mentally screwed.

So I can totally empathize with how shitty you feel.
