Almost as bad as " Cooper ends up in a multi dimensional tesseract built by superior higher beings and just happens to end up in his daughter's bedroom BECOZ LUV "

That was awful convenient, and confusing, but I liked it. Interstellar is a great movie.

I agree, Interstellar is a great movie, but I don't know if I'd call that ending "convenient", since it seems to have been the plan all along. Lucky for mankind sure, and I guess it's convenient in a way, but not the type of random convenience which can ruin moments in other movies.

Jurassic Park > The Lost World > Jurassic World > Jurassic Park III

A prediction.

That's what I was thinking as well.

I'm hoping this movie doesn't try too hard to make references to the first film. I don't think they are necessary. However, it'd be pretty cool if we got to see some nod to Hammond. Maybe we'll see his intro video still in use or replicas of his cane available in the gift shop.

That would be cool, I mean I like the little references in the trailer, as long as it's not over the top.

Let's be honest, if Mr. DNA isn't in this movie, will it even be worth watching?
And if spirit's a sign,
Then it's only a matter of time

I would love a lot of subtle references to the other films, as long as it doesn't "interfere" too much with what's happening. I would love it if either Grant/Sattler/Malcolm is mentioned or referenced, same with Hammond. As long as it's subtle or just mentioned once, it gives us some sort of closure. There can be a 5 second cameo of Jeff Goldblum being interviewed on a small TV-screen, saying that he will never return to the island, no matter how "secure" it looks, or a mention of what Grant is up to. I don't want or need any cheesy shoe-horned appearances.

Agreed, and I'm sure they are going to. The movie will end with Malcolm watching a news report of what just went down on the island.

So... Are we going to get a sequel to this that shows us what site-B is looking like these days  :lol

It can't be racist if it's a proven fact that Asians don't age.

That would have been to predictable.

But you sparked a memory of the really crappy Men in Black animated series episode where J discovers the Impostor K because "K never smiles"

Um, J, do you not remember K laughing his ass off in that diner?

I think the movie is going to be fine, but I'm not looking forward to it like some of the other big ones, because I believe I will just end up disappointed that way.

Assuming that shark is swimming as fast as it can to escape, that thing is about to slam into that glass pretty hard...
