The entirety has clicked for me, I really love this album. I gotta say though, despite each track being of relatively 'normal' time, boy does this album fly the eff by; it really feels like it's shorter than it really is (hardy har har). But it's very concise and has a certain interesting flow to it despite some tracks being very electronic based and other being more guitar oriented. I completely love M3 and Wander Drug. Those two are probably my favorite tracks off the album. Only time will tell if it'll eventually fall to Pulse, but I think as a whole, I'll be listening to this one more simply because for me, it flows perfectly. Pulse, while I REALLY love specific tracks, I don't like listening to as an entire album as much. Which is also a thing of mine, very rarely do I listen to albums as a whole in one sitting, but with this one, it's an odd combination of a pro and a con. It's easy to listen to because it's not a long album by any means, especially by the prog-ish standards that the genre has set up and that Tommy has been a huge part of, but every time I do find myself thinking "Damn, already"?
Even so, fantastic album that is diverse enough to not sound so samey, but still very much a concentrated effort. Can't wait to get the actual album and see the artwork/lyrics.
