Interesting info about the sound samples in 80's... Neil's own voice on electronic toms?! :omg: Did I understand right?

yeah, that was interesting.  I assume this was during one of his live drum solos?  If so, does anyone know which tour(s) he might have done this?

If any tours, it'd be either the GUP, POW or HYF tours, but more likely the first two than HYF, as I'm fairly certain sampling technology and soundbank choices would've allowed for greater variety by 1987.

So do I.  I'm not a musician either and I have all of his books and DVDs.

Neil's first electronic percussion kit was in 1984.

The CBC celebrated Rush week last week, there was a bunch of articles and video clips.

I agree, I also feel the same way about watching David Gilmour interviews.
