Not even that. Infinity Ward put so little effort into the game and it's so obvious. THERE WAS NO BETA. That's why there were so many glitches when the game first came out and the netcode sucks. Not to mention the fact that they decided to remove the xbox live party feature in almost every playlist (this still pisses me off every time I play)

Calm down there, partner. Not every multiplayer game gets a public beta. And I don't really think it's fair to say they didn't put much effort into the game. Of course they did.

I never played MW2, but me and my roommates played the first one for a few months back when it came out, I just prefer the Halo style of gameplay, not to mention the amount of support Bungie gives the multiplayer community (unrivaled in my book)

Yeah this is why Halo will always be superior to Call of Duty games.

And CoD4 was pretty good, imo. But still no LAN lobby.

Meh, I totally prefer the COD style to Halo (even though I love both). I just love the fluidity and the responsiveness in the movement, I love ADS, low health/high damage weapons, etc... but the one thing I can't stand is the knifing. Everyone uses it as a first resort. The game mechanic should be like in BFBC or Counterstrike or whatever. Your character should actually have to take out the knife before he stabs, rather than 1 button = 1 stab. It's unrealistic and takes away the intensity from CQC gameplay, IMO. I don't care about noobtoobs, ACR's, SCAR-H's, shotgun secondary's - I just wish they'd patch the knives.

And fucking Commando.

I played the first two GOW games with my friend on co-op, and it was fun but I didnt have any interest in it besides that. But I saw the beta videos yesterday and I must admit my interest has piqued a bit

Does anyone know anything about buying old 360s and fixing them up? Would it be cheaper than buying a new one? I really wanna play skyrim and it doesn't seem like it will run too well on my laptop, so I was thinking about trying to buy one on craigslist or ebay and making a project out of it. I know nothing about it though, and was hoping someone here would have some tips or a site with a tutorial or something.

Well its against warranty to open them up, but if its already broken, I am not sure its worth it to try and fix it yourself. I remember when I got a RROD, I did some research and people did write tutorials on how to fix certain problems, but a lot were just temporary fixes. I opened mine up for the hell of it and it was a pain to put back together. They dont make it easy to open them.

Not entire sure, but I think it means the HDD isn't properly connected. If you don't have an HDD, then I have no idea.
