49. Trout Mask Replica – Captain Beefheart and his Magic Band (1969)So yeah, this is definitely one of the weirder entries in my list.
This first band is Soen very cool swingy jazz fusion kinda stuff.

Master - I haven't heard the rest of the stuff, but the post-rock album sounds interasing!
Some might scoff at the idea of an album being almost entirely made of samples, and some might condemn it as uncreative.

Zeppelin IV is far too low. The remaster (just got it last week) is really nice, cleans up a handful of things, and makes the album fresh again (not like it went stale or anything), but it's like the difference of a 1971 Corvette, and a 2014 Corvette Stingray. Love it.

The I heard Spiderland was the first post-rock album, I didn't expect it to be that... weird. I don't even know how it is even related to post-rock.
