Does anyone else do what I do ?

My birthday is in November and I start saying i'm the age I *will* be around September time just to get used to it. Then on my actual birthday - it's not such a big deal waking up and going " I'm 36 " since i've already been saying it and getting used to it for two months...

??

This year I have! I kind of prepared for 50 when I turned 49, as to ease the transition.
