Heard the new Def Leppard single and it's like a tired tribute to Pour Some Sugar On Me. That may not be a bad sign - if it's just "the single" factor - but if it's representative of the album then I doubt I will be interested.

Just checked it out. That whole riff section is definitely channeling Pour Some Sugar hard. Other than that, typically tame stuff, with the poppy prechorus/chorus. It kind of clashes with the loud downtuned guitar chords, which clashes with the blatant '80s drum sound. And Joe Elliott's vocals are pretty weak these days.
If it was an album of Pour Some Sugar On Me I'd be interested, but this song doesn't cut it for me.
