All the best Paul - hopefully no lingering effects.

New Sweet Oblivion : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VV2-XJ5aOxk&feature=youtu.be

The sound is decent enough and Tater sounds okay - the song sounds pretty much like you'd expect I guess.

I might spin it when the album drops, but the first one was entirely forgetable.

New album by Warrior Path in out on March 5, featuring DANIEL HEIMAN on vocals! :metal

Beast Of Hate
Savage Tribe

I'll check this out when it drops, but am very surprised you like this Tim.  Heiman's vocals notwithstanding, Savage Tribe was pretty decent; Beast of Hate was some solid suckage.
That's a word salad - and take it from me, I know word salad
I fear for the day when something happens on the right that is SO nuts that even Stadler says "That's crazy".

This band is not to be confused with Lost Horizon, but at least Heiman is able to SING in this band. Some of the things he's done have really restricted him. He seems to be letting loose here. I am all over this when it comes out.

Pretty generic sounding but saying that, I actually really liked these.  Has Bob Katsionis who was in Firewind too.

I did say they were not to be confused with Lost Horizon. Musically it's good enough for me, and the vocalist lifts it for me big time. If I didn't have a reason to listen to Warrior Path, I certainly wouldn't.

But Daniel Heiman! Fuck yeah! :metal
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

So I must admit, there's been so many quarantine covers this year, I generally roll my eyes and pass. But seeing this had (Waysted's) Danny Vaughn (with gray hair!!!), I was interested in how he sounds, and I have to say, I enjoyed this.

That was actually way better than the original, even though they tried to keep it close. The bass and drums were very tight, the guitar playing was way better (sorry, I find Rudy loose and Mattias uninspired), and the singer has Klaus' range without the Germenglish. Would listen again.

Wasn't sure where to put this one, but the very talented Jari Lindholm (Enshine, Atoma, Seas Of Years and Exgenesis) new album is available to stream on YT for free or buy from Bandcamp:

As we slipped to page 2 I thought I’d share the Temple Balls (yes really) video. I like it. Straight forward 80s hard rock. Nothing new but I enjoyed it.  It’s Frontiers too.

You’ve moved on to harder stuff - I appreciate that, but I just thought it was a decent hard rock song.

Quite appropriate really.

Better than most stuff on Frontiers nowadays, I'll grant it that.  Caught the video out of the corner of my eye a couple times... dear lord :lolpalm:  This is some nice modern-day hair-metal.  I'm down with it.

Don't mind this at all................pretty straight foward but those who like early Lynch Mob should dig this.  Guitar solo could probably be cut in half but glad to hear Lynch go back to this style.

In how many bands & projects is Lynch involved at the moment? Seems like there's a new one every other month.

Said no one ever when George is playing 😁😁😁

The only thing missing is a BFTA tone on the rhythm guitars. I don’t like this cleanish tone he’s using these days. Crank those amps George  :metal

I couldn't find the Kiss Thread (I thought we had one) so I am posting this here...

I was going through my many live vids on my phone, and found a pretty decent one of Kiss performing Love Gun, with Paul on the center stage. I had seats that were pretty close, so I filmed these two songs.

Spun it on Friday - it was in my new release feed.  Not bad.  Wasn't anything special.

Today I've listened these two Tesla records and they really rock:

And I don't consider them to be glam/hair metal.

I had this conversation with Chad, and I have no recollection of Hair Metal being referred to has Glam. To me, Glam was in the 70's with Slade/Sweet/T Rex.

Tesla was definitely not a Hair Metal band, despite multiple tours with Poison. They were a 70's band with an 80's production. Great band!

So this video popped up on my youtube feed.

It's Dave Lombardo playing with Suicidal. It's drum cam footage of Trip At The Brain. I played the shit out of this song back in the day. This is an amazing performance by Dave and the band.

I never was a huge fan but I do remember the music video to this song pretty vividly  :)
