first one, trying to dig into this band's other albums a little but this one bored me to death, only listened through half of it
Superunknown is a pretty solid album but on first listen kinda wishing it was shorter. 73 minutes of music that's a liiittle samey isn't a great first impression, blah

I've been spinning this non-stop for the past few days. The album is an absolute masterpiece. Super fun to play on guitar too.

well i was familiar with four of the songs on this album after that so i might as well have just listened to the whole thing at some point

and yeah IKS is easily the best Coheed album, just fantastic the whole way through.

dunno, this just ain't doing it for me. just sounds very mastodon-by-the-numbers and i was never crazy about them to begin with. can't remember a single second of this album. i tried listening to it once around when it came out too and it again didn't do much for me then either.

This guy used to be in a duo with Marketa Irglova called The Swell Season. Still have to listen to this album tho.

this is pretty alright, but didn't stand out a whole lot either. listened to Isa as well and maybe one other but maybe not?
i'll likely end up getting Riitiir first simply because it's the one I know a (damn good) song off of

Probably. Haven't listened to them, but their debut seems to have gotten tons of praise, specially for fans of Damien Rice. And you loved the song of his Seneca sent you, so go check it out damnit.

this one seems to get a lot of hate and I guess it's because it's got clean vocals? i dunno, music critics are generally pricks when a band changes their sound at all. i like this better than any of the first three, anyways

Bullet - no mercy. Very early Accept like. Really enjoyed it but the singer started to grate a big through the iPad speakers. Was way better with the headphones.

Quartz - against all odds. NWOBHM also ranks, decent album though.

Santa Cruz - screaming for adrenaline. Modern sleaze with a Skid Row vibe. Pretty good.
