The last track on the Shadowquest is actually a Priest cover - you might like this jj.  Not a bad version....pretty damn good in fact.

All this talk about it in Evermind's top 50 album thread makes me want to listen to it.  I have good hopes for it since I really do like The Human Equation.

Some gooduns there ............although the UDO had its fair share of filler I thought.

About to give this a first listen.  Not expecting much but hoping I'll be surprised.

Let me know what you think of this one.  The newer samples sounded better than the song originally released.

I think that UDO is a real step up to what he has been doing, I really like it.

Black Sun seems to be a really underrated PF album.  Probably top 3 for me actually.  Solid metal from start to finish.

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces
