I'm gonna listen to that Icarus Witch right now and I'm betting that the music is better than the cover

And having seen the inside art I can sorta see where the "art director" (bassist) was going with it - it's like a witchy wet t-shirt comp

I must've heard one good song from them or it wouldn't be on my radar. It's just a band at about number 545 on my list of stuff to check out - a list that's built up considerably while I was getting my ass 1987'd.

That Lepond album is one I've been meaning to listen to for ages.

Recently, I've been in a Japanese sort of mood, so over the past couple days I've been listening to various anime and video game soundtracks, most notably Ruroni Kenshin soundtracks and The King of Fighters '96 arrange tracks. However, I did manage to sneak in a couple of proper J-rock albums...

Wagakki Band: Vocalo Zanmai
Some pretty kick ass J-rock with traditional Japanese instruments thrown in.
