That Dynazty album is really really awesome. Big thanks to Brent on the Trail of Murder too, that's a good one too. Gotta check the Project Arcadia.

I wasn't a fan of Purple Rain at all to be honest. I was familiar with the title track and When Doves Cry of course, but I struggled to sit through even them, and I thought less of the rest of the album. In some cases, much less. Prince is just one of those artists I've never been able to "get".

IIRC, the Rick Medlocke album sucked.

I remember seeing the Lion album, but I can't remember if I ever heard anything off of it. I must have.

His name is Mark Tornillo and this is their third album with him, and IMO, it's the best of the bunch.
