How does it work?

Replace lunch with oatmeal during the week. Eat light and work out besides that, but yeah, changing the habit from eating out for lunch to oatmeal cuts a crazy amount of calories. I need to just get back to riding my bike and working out too, but I actually like oatmeal so just starting there for now to try and lose some weight.

Whatever habits are needed mate to ensure you're in a deficit plus what works for you too.

Oats, protein powder and a little peanut butter is where it's at, nothing better.

I've been making my own protein shakes for breakfast for about 5 months. We have vanilla,  fruity pebbles, chocolate peanut butter & Coffee mocha protein powders. We use zero fat Greek yogurt.   Zero fat milk and any fruit I desire.

I bought a box of froot loops for the first time in a while on the weekend.  :lol

The thing is, you can make any food work on a nutritional plan.  If weight loss is the goal, as long as you're in a deficit AND you are getting the required amount of protein, anything is fair game.
