When I first started the journey, I cut carbs out almost entirely. I replaced two meals of the day with low sugar meal replacement shakes. At my heaviest, I was doordashing two or three times a day, and drinking two or three Monsters a day. Once I cut that shit out, the weight loss started to happen rapidly. I plateaued for a bit, and now I'm focusing more in CICO and I'm being strict with it. Weight loss has started to slow down again, so I joined a gym a week ago and I've hit up cardio exercises on the bike.

I've started my oatmeal diet again last week. I'm not going hardcore like last time, but I need to start doing the little things to control my own weight which has been out of control.

Cutting carbs is the hardest thing in terms of diet. I can't let them go. I am going to try and make small replacements, like swapping fruit in for carby junk. Sourdough bread is also good from what I hear.
