Good job MJ! What's been your weight loss approach?

When I first started the journey, I cut carbs out almost entirely. I replaced two meals of the day with low sugar meal replacement shakes. At my heaviest, I was doordashing two or three times a day, and drinking two or three Monsters a day. Once I cut that shit out, the weight loss started to happen rapidly. I plateaued for a bit, and now I'm focusing more in CICO and I'm being strict with it. Weight loss has started to slow down again, so I joined a gym a week ago and I've hit up cardio exercises on the bike.
