WTF?
For him specifically I'd guess he's from Japan, a few people made the trip to see their first festival performance. But in general there were tons of masks actually, more for the dust that the covid. I'm still blowing black dirt boogers out of my nose.

In any case, this. Asians have been wearing masks since the avian flu thing, and since they never turned it into a political football, they're still quite comfortable wearing them now for any number of reasons. Moreover, plenty of people just don't give a fuck about what others might think. I still wear an N95 mask anytime I go into Krogers. Partly because of the Covid thing, and partly because I don't want any other malady that might be floating about. I'm bringing this up because I saw Roger Waters on Saturday evening, and out in the crowded concourse area and in the head I wore a mask, too. Didn't pay too much attention, but I might have been the only one.
