Patrick Rothfuss is funny, can write, and is hilarious to watch on Acquisitions Incorporated, a live Dungeons & Dragons show. I'd take it as a compliment for sure!

I didn't mean to start something; I saw the first picture and thought "wow, those are some eyes." and so I googled Rothfuss, who I've never heard of, and what I saw was far more Doc Brown; like if he stuck his finger in the electrical socket, liked it, and did it again. To me it's all about vibe, not actual resemblance.

Was a good concert weekend, here's a couple from them

Saturday night saw Live, Bush, and Our Lady Peace. After the show I chilled in the VIP lounge and ran into Jerry Recco who is one of the WFAN morning guys on the Boomer and Gio show (kind of like their third guy and fills in as the main for others when they are off). He also bought me a beer

And then last night I saw Yes, Asia, John Lodge, and Carl Palmer, and after Asia's set a bunch of them were signing stuff. I got to meet Bumblefoot who sings and plays guitar for Asia this tour, such a nice dude! Second time meeting him since I got his signature at ProgPower but this time I got a pic

I heard he was playing guitar, I didn't realize he was the lead singer. Steve Howe played guitar for half the set though so Bumblefoot just sang like the front man for them, I had no idea that's how this was going down but it was really cool. He sang Video Kills the Radio Star

- Did Billy Sherwood play bass for Asia? I thought he was singing too....
- How was Our Lady Peace? That's probably the band I'd want to see the most in that group (I've seen Yes and Asia too many times to count).

I know little of the band members of Yes/Asia/Carl Palmer, but seemed like they shared lots of members. I didn't pick up on the bass player while watching, probably because well he's the bass player and changed outfits but does look like the same guy played bass for both Asia and Yes.

Our Lady Peace was alright. Not really my music, but they were fine. They played one new song yet to be recorded and played a 30 minute set to maybe a couple hundred people out of a 17k venue

It's funny how I think people asked more about OLP than Live or Bush from that show but no one was actually there there see OLP. Including the couple that sat next to me, showed up before Bush came on and said they were there for OLP, had to break the news... you missed them.
