For sure! He lost ~50lbs in the last year. Starting doing triathlons - I also lost some lbs... but gained some of it back in the past few months

If only I had a reason to come up to Sac. I'll be in the Bay area the first week of Sept, but not all the way out to Sacramento. I'd make the drive out one time, but I've had my boss and/or boss's boss accompanying me the last couple of trips (and this one too most likely). If I'm flying solo, I'll let you know and see if I can swing something.

Actually, it was a very good show. Vince sounded better than I've ever heard him. And Alice Cooper's set was outstanding as well. There was an opener called The Cringe. After a little bit of looking into them, I found that the singer is married to Rachael Ray.
