I'll have to hear it for myself, but, "It's actually not that bad" is hardly a ringing endorsement.
Well, considering how AWESOME the first trilogy was, and how shite the recent Timo stuff was (despite amazing vocalists, INCLUDING Russel), expectations were severely dampened across the board.
The song was ok - better than pretty much anything on the Avalon albums, but still in the bottom tier of anything from the first trilogy.
I'm still keeping my expectations low, but I've just upgraded myself to "I'll at least listen to the album once".
