Exercise for left hand finger dexterity - (keepin the fingers down)

Jus posted a new video in my website for building strength , flexibility and dexterity in the fingers ..

basically an exercise to keep ur fingers down while playin

Pretty simple stuff ... but also pretty effective ...

Neat! I've a very new guitarist (I wouldn't even call myself that. Noob would suffice), and was wondering about exercises. I'm going to try that exercise out, and take a look at the other videos. Thanks!

i know ryan ... but i was pretty lazy too ...
but it's a simple exercise ... i don;'t really think it needs much explanation or
the window splitting and showing tabs on one side and all

that's why added in all those text ...

actually now that u reminded me .. i need to put some annotations in the video ...
