Inside or Outside?

I have literally gone months at a time without even stepping foot outside. How am I supposed to fit in 12+ hours of computer time a day if I go outside?

My eyes always hurt in natural light! I have to squint, which makes me look angry. That's why I only voluntarily leave the house when it's overcast or when the sun has gone down.

Inside. I live with my parents in a cookiecutter neighborhood filled with squares "livin dat murican dream" or having houses slightly to very much outside their means if we're gonna call a spade a spade so there seems to be a lot of frazzled whiteys in my area who are all about keeping up appearances and being phony in general. Going outside means encountering them and awkwardly sitting through small talk where I never know where to end it out of fear of being considered rude if I accidentally cut someone off at the point so I usually humor them (while they're mutually humoring me) until they become visibly weary of the charade and abruptly segué out of the 5 minutes of our lives we've wasted for one another.

I don't! I don't live alone, so that is not my concern. Most purchases can be done online for anything else.

I believe the longest I've gone without leaving the house at all was about 3 months. Not even stepping out into the yard. Photons are evil.

These days I usually go for a short walk every day or two, just because my body doesn't enjoy the sedentary lifestyle as much as I do.

I hate being indoors. When I'm off for the day, if I'm still in the house by 10am, I start getting anxious to go out and do something.

I just cannot stand being inside all day. Ok if it's pissing it down but I live in a 1 room apartment so I can't just go in a different room either
