The more I look at it I know it has to be her reflection on an angle that is making looked messed up, but c'mon...that is creepy!!!!

I can tell by the pixels that it's not photoshopped.

The bush at the base of the tree is what's throwing it off the most. It's aligned perfectly with the mouth and looks like teeth that your daughter clearly isn't showing.

I don't recall the technical term for it, but the image of the trees, window screen, and bushes outside the window altter her reflected image somewhat, and your vision uses those parts of the image to fill in the blanks and make her image appear whole, and changed; as well as the camera angle is causing the image to appear distorted. There is an incredibly awesome place in Edinburgh, Scotland called Camera Obscura. It's a real visual freak show of a place. This exact type of thing was explained there.

Looks like a completely normal window reflection to me. May I ask, I take it you don't ride trains much? I used to be fascinated at how different the angles in the train window make a person look, every time I rode home from college.

That. Also, those surfaces don't give a pure reflection due to the window surface not being perfect with smears/spots/dirt/warp etc, so the blurriness of the reflection increases the further the distance from the window the reflected object is. It scatters.
Basic 3D raytracing to me.

I have a propensity for the dramatic!
First off, I posted this picture within minutes of the picture being taken. After I studied it a bit I realized it was a reflection.
Initially I over reacted. Sue me.
It made for a bit of harmless fun.
