I think only people from countries which only produce shitty beer themselves like it  Offer a Belgian or German a Heineken beer and he/she will laugh his/her ass off  :lol

I hear Foster's is the same for Australians. And Bass for the UK.

Since they started making it over here, Bass has definitely lightened up.

would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

At the end of the Boston show, he thanked the "Boston" College of music!

Guess we know the first thing to be edited for the CD!
I think the first thing to be edited would when he forgets Eren's name and says "I'm fifty; I'm allowed to forget!" Or when he says "I don't like to ramble." Anyone who saw TSCO in 2012 knows that's a load.
ahahahah is he for real

I love James. His most famous episode of forgetfulness comes from his late twenties though. Beartracks, right?

"...and he was in...Spiro Gyra, right?"
I was thinking about the same thing when I saw this thread, so much win here! :lol

The other comment that cracks me up is when John is "Sorry, I was interrupted by that note" James: "I think everyone was interrupted by that note"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lul8FRMMxsE#t=1m22s
"Will you do another concept album"
John: What do you think James?
James: Yeah, you know
JP: You know?
JLB: *blabbers*
 :lol

Same interview, this is hilarious, James explains how he tries to have an input in the writing :lol
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lul8FRMMxsE#t=3m00s

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HndNXkeZQr8#t=3m00s
James: Something that's very flowing and... melodious? I guess
John: Melodic
James: Huh?
John: Melodic
James: Melodious
John: Melodic
James: Melodius
John: Melodious Monk
James: It's a canadian term
 :lol

Kansas City show this year, Wednesday night..

I can't remember exactly what he said, but I'll do my best

"How we doin', Kansas City?!!"
crowd cheers
"Well, today's hump day... It's supposed to be getting over the hump of the week."
crowd cheers
"It means something different for me..." looks around
crowd chuckles, cheers
"Alright, alright. Enough of the vulgarities"
I feel strangely honored to be following up a post from Sir Walrus Cauliflower.

2 that stick out for me!

From the Leeds O2 gig in 2011

JLB: "My mom said if you stay on the right path it always LEEEEEDS you home"
Crowd: mixed response
JLB: "Well that's enough of the Canadian jokes"

Then from Manchester 2012

JLB: "It's great to be back in your fine city! We were here last July? (looks puzzled) Was it? ... "
Guy in crowd: "that was leeds and wolverhampton"
JLB: "Oh, well it's great to be back!"

Gotta love the pirate!  :yarr

From New Haven, 1998:
"Mike, can you turn your drums down?"

From Worcester (which is supposed to be pronounced Wooster, as brought up later), 2010:

JLB: "Bonjour, Ça va!"
(Crowd cheers)
JLB: "Yeah I know where I am..."
MP: "Hey James."
JLB: "...I'm not in Quebec."
(Awkward pause while JLB presumably turns toward MP. If you have video to confirm this or any video at all of this show discounting the three balcony videos currently on YouTube and you can get them to me I will love you forever.)
MP: "WE'RE FINALLY BACK IN AMERICA!"
JLB: "YEAAAA"
(Crowd cheering)
MP: "He's Canadian though; he's not so psyched. But us four Americans are very happy to be back in the United States."
(Crowd cheering)
JLB: "United States? C'mon."
B&SM: "BUHBUHCRACKBUM"
JLB: "Anyways, it is great to be here, Woorsta (the italics represent his emphasis, not mine), alright?"
(Crowd cheering)
JLB: "We are gonna be hangin' out for the next little while, I promise I won't speak anymore French and offend you."
(Short, buzzed round of cheers)
JLB: "What?"
(Short, buzzed round of cheers)
JLB: "I can't fucking understand what you're saying to me."
(Laughing)
JLB: "Yeah. I SPEAK FRENCH! Anyways, so yeah let's move on here ARE YOU WITH US?"

...

JLB: "Alright, we're back in the states and it feels like HOOOOME!"

...

(Drunken cheers)
JLB: "Are we having a good TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIME?"
(Drunken cheers)
JLB: "YOU'RE STILL WITHUS?"
(Drunken cheers)
JLB: "You've forgiven me?"
(Mild Cheers, laughter)
JLB: "Thank you. I'm sure all of you are aware right now we're presently on a North American tour with Iron Meedennnn. So..."
(MP plays two measures of Run to the Hills)
Tanked audience members: OOOH!
(MP stops)
TAM: AWW!
JLB: "Anyways, so we decided along the whey, that we were gonna do, a, a few, solo shows like this, just ya know, coming in, no production..."
(Cheering)
JLB: "... I mean look at this fucking production. Ugh."
MP: "Just us and you. That's it."
JLB: "It's just us and you. But seriously we love the kinda, setting, this environment, being intimate with our... our fans. I can see your faces."
(Cheering"
JLB: "Well, most of you. I can't see your faces. Alright? Stop making faces. Alright. Anyways..."

...

(End of Metropolis, before before the leaves have fallen)
JLB: "Give it up for these guys!"
(Tanked Cheering)
JLB: "YEA! Well, we've had a very nice time with you this eve-eNIIING!"
(Tanked Cheering)
JLB: "Unfortunately our time is growing... less. And we are having to bring it... to a close."
(Tanked mixed reaction)
JLB, waiting for JR to finish his ritardando: "So... take care... of yourselves... We'll see ya next time."
"I raised the baby, I changed the baby's diapers.  Whenever the baby had projectile diarrhea, I was there in the line of fire.  I even got a little in my mouth!  I sacrificed so much for my baby.  Now my baby hates me and thinks Mike Mangini is its real father!"

Take The Time live in Los Angeles (1998?) during the piano section.

JLB: 'keep the hands going people, put the drinks down, put the hands together, stop looking cool'.

Haha love that one.

These are all so freaking awesome. He's been really funny on this tour too. All Labriebriated and such. JLB is the best frontman speaker on stage because it's so incredibly natural and no put on.. And then it's hilarious and obvious when there is a put on.  :rollin

OH MAN, I love James. Hands down my favorite is from (I think) Orlando FL 2000... during Peruvian Skies he screams at the audience...

"SHAKE THAT FUCKIN BOOTAAAYYYYY!!!"

Ridiculous.  :lol
I don't want MP playing with DT unless they were making a drummer change. If they let MM go and bring back MP, then fine, but no guest appearance please.

Some from Breaking The Fourth Wall:

"How the hell do you dance to The Mirror?"

Also

"We're also recognizing one other album, and that is Scenes From A Memory... You don't like it. I know, I know. It's not my favorite either. Anyways, but the 15th anniversary is going on this year as well. Yeah. John Petrucci was 15 years when he recorded it. ... I don't know what I was at that point."
