PARENTS: Peppa Pig and other preschool shows
« on: March 16, 2014, 05:15:55 PM »
Anyone who has toddlers and preschoolers probably has seen this show on Nick Jr at some point... I honestly think the show is great.  Nowhere nearly as annoying and repetitive as Dora.  Anyone other parents agree?  What's your favorite/least annoying preschool show?

Also use this thread to point out situations that make no sense.  Like where are Max and Ruby's parents?  Or how can you put out a fire with a hose UNDERWATER (bubble guppies)?

I don't know the show in question, but I still haven't figured out why a squirrel from Texas lives underwater, having karate fights with a sponge.

Peppa's good -  The Night Garden drives me mental.

I think it's hilarious when George cries (does that make me sadistic?)... I made a youtube video of every time George cries

(I have to reupload it, I found a few I missed since then)

We are at the 'new' Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles phase, Phineas and Ferb, the Cat and the Hat, NINJAGO, phase with random cartoons sprinkled about.

That show is creepy as hell.

Peppa Pig is generic kid's fluff. There's another one that looks and sounds identical, except it has people instead of pigs (but in the same art style), so I call it Peppa People. :lol

Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.
