Yesterday it was -17F and -35F with windchill. I've been stuck in Indiana for the past 4 days because the highways have been closed. Going home in a little bit hopefully.

We hit -40C/F with the wind this morning.  Supposed to get above freezing by the weekend.

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Here in Columbus, OH, it was -9 last night with a -39 wind chill. So cold it actually hurt to be outside.

It was 66F yesterday morning here in Virginia.

It was 10F with a windchill of -5F this morning. Around here that's a sign of the apocalypse. It's a balmy 18 with a windchill of 7 now. My girlfriend, who is from Edmonton, is amused by the locals reaction to this weather. She told me "you know what I call this weather? November."  :lol

4 rooms in my building flooded today from cracked pipes. Some people are talking about evacuating he whole building. It didn't even get that cold, lowest I saw was 5 degrees, which is cold, but not ridiculous.

I'm not sure what the exact temperatures were yesterday in Minnesota, but it was low enough for school to be cancelled statewide. The wind chill made it cold enough to feel like -50 F (-45 C).

In Houston (where I live).

Same.  It's only -15C (5F) with a wind chill of -22C (-8F).  But warming up to -8C (17F) today.
