Nah, it'd work if it were divided into three eras. There was pretty good turnout for the Ozzy era. I think we all expected low turnout for the TM era, but it's a shame that the original voters never returned. I still think the abundance of TM songs in the finals put them off for a while, and then the fact that Ozzy became so terribly misrepresented in favor of that TM material as the finals rolled on kept them away even longer. As a huge fan of Ozzy Sabbath, if I just tuned in to the finals now, I'd laugh for a second, call us all a bunch of losers and move on never looking back.

Personally, I'd love to see how the finals would have played out if they'd been segregated. I know I'd have voted quite differently in most of the rounds if I were actually voting for songs instead of against you and Wolf.
