Imo that's the weakest part of the song.

 Best sections for me in FII: LITS solo and the ending of Hellīs Kitchen. But my favorite section off that era is actually the version of To Live Forever from the Rotterdam show when Derek soloes to a sick drum beat, then Petrucci comes up and they kick off into Lines in the Sand.
