So, at last... here we are - the Finals.  As suggested by black_floyd, the two additions to the finals are the runners-up with the lowest percentage of votes.  Here's the breakdown on how that was determined:

Sea of Sorrow (Facelift runner-up) had 7 votes; 77.8%
Brother (SAP runner-up) had 5 votes; 83.3%
Rain When I Die (Dirt runner-up) had 7 votes; 70%
No Excuses (Jar of Flies runner-up) had 8 votes; 85.7%
God Am (Tripod runner-up) had 7 votes; 87.5%
Last of My Kind (BGWTB runner-up) had 4 votes; 66.7%
What the Hell Have I (B-Sides/Singles/Demos runner-up) had 4 votes; 80%
Stone (TDPDH runner-up) had 3 votes; 75%

So, using the numbers I added Last of My Kind and Rain When I Die to the finals to have an even 10 songs.  We'll see how that pans out in the end.

All rounds for the finals will be 48 hours (unless I decide different).  I'm going with Last of My Kind.
