So the first set comes in at 75 minutes?
Almost 80 min it seems. I'd say the second set is about the same with a surprise as the encore.

Nothing earlier than FII yet.  Hmmmmm

I would expect that was intentional, bring out the oldies in the 2nd set.

Sounds like part of the WWRD rule. I don't mind, of course, it's a good live plan.

And no 1999-2007 either. Basically one of their most awesome eras  ;D. They are saving the best for set 2

False Awakening Suite (intro tape)
1. The Enemy Inside
2. The Shattered Fortress
3. On the Backs of Angels
4. The Looking Glass
5. Trial of Tears
6. Enigma Machine (w/ drum solo)
7. Along for the Ride

So far, it's very interesting. This set, thus far, is mostly new material, and outside of OTBOA, new material for this line-up of Dream Theater. I wonder what they'll close with...

-Marc.

Illumination is gonna be the closer. Jordan has videos of him practicing it on keyboard

I more or less meant as a closer for the FIRST set, since we had only seen that much so far.

And interesting that it's only FII-and-newer stuff, and nothing from SFAM either.

Also...BAI? Interesting. I wonder if that spot will rotate with other things over the tour?

-Marc.

I expected it. Very popular, from the only other album with Mangini, and short enough to close the first set or be an encore. But if they wanna rotate it i won't cry about it

Disappointed to see Breaking All Illusions return :(

Everything else is good so far, provided we see some older songs coming up.

If there was to be a B-side played, I would LOVE for To Live Forever to be played. I just love that song so much.

There's 80 minutes left of show + encore, and half of that will be DT12. So I'm betting for 5 songs beside DT12: 1 from IW, 1 from Awake, 1 from SDOIT, 1 from ToT/Octavarium and 1 from SFAM.

Well that's 20 minutes out of the 75-80 minute first set. A quarter of it, or so. Not TOO bad, but hopefully there aren't many more duplicates from last tour's master set list.

Okay, here we go...

False Awakening Suite (intro rape, orchestral version)
The Enemy Inside
The Shattered Fortress
On The Back of Angels
Trial of Tears *faints*
The Looking Glass
Enigma Machine (with added Mike Mangini solo... and it was glorious! )
Along For The Ride
Breaking All Illusions *faints again*

It has been pretty nifty so far!

I am probably forgetting something though...
