This, this, this. It would suck if half of the world, or even just a single country were to be unable to listen to the song. I hope whoever is in charge of this release will look into that and make sure it won't happen.

It's happened before (though not with DT) where a song/video has been put up on MTV US or some other website which prevents people from outside the country from watching/listening.

So is it a one-time stream, or will it be permanently up, or what??

I assume it'll be streaming semi-permanently, i.e. until the album is released.

According to mostpopularwebsites.net, it is the 247th most visited website in the world. That may not sound like a lot, but #1-60 are taken up by all of the Google, eBay, and YouTube variations (.com, .co, .in, etc.) and the porn sites, of course.

For comparison, Roadrunner Records is #142486 and DT's website is #204436.

Cool.  However, DT's first singles since they have joined Roadrunner have been Constant Motion (not good), A Rite of Passage (not bad, but kind of forgettable) and On the Backs of Angels (pretty good), so I will listen this to this with the assumption that it is the least best song on the record.

I hope that it's a great song, but also that your theory still applies - the ideal scenario.

Man, A Rite of Passage is my favorite song off of BC&SL, and On The Back of Angels is radular as well, so I look forward to this.

I do hope that too! I would expect someone staring at the mirror and seeing some demon, or a evil-double themed artwork anyway.

Just confirmed that this is an USA ONLY stream and premiere.
