That movie was so much shittier than I expected, and it's not like one's expectations are exactly high when a movie is called Sharknado. :lol

For a movie based entirely around the idea of sharks and tornadoes, they didn't seem to have the slightest clue about how either of those things work. That giant shark at the end. WTFF?

Everything was awful, from the obvious character cliches and plots you could see coming a mile off, to things exploding that shouldn't explode, to the shocking continuity of shots, and stock footage that didn't match the scene.

Today would be a good day to rewatch Weekend at Bernie's 2, because it's going to seem like LOTR compared to this.

I'm still undecided on that one. I think it was probably more facepalm bad for me than laugh out loud bad.

It's still a better movie than "Mega Bosk vs Giant Octavarium Sub-forum" though.

Weekend at Bernie's 2 is arguably the worst movie ever made, not just the worst sequel. lol. It's really a shame because I enjoy the hell out of the first one.

I actually caught the first one again not long ago, and I don't think it has aged well at all.  However, it is Hamlet compared with the sequel.

Baby Geniuses 2 is the lowest ranked film on IMDB I believe.

WHat is so bad about Weekend 2 ?

I still enjoy the first one for what it is. It's not great, but it's ok. I can go along with the premise because two guys get caught up in a bad situation, and it's a funny idea.
Throw in some voodoo magic and two guys stealing a corpse from a morgue and stuffing it into a mini-fridge for money, and what little appeal the first movie had is well and truly gone.

Believe it or not, there are still movies I hate a lot more than it though. Sharknado still easily ranks higher, as it's both more enjoyable and more believable. :lol

The good thing is also that you'd get Cage in a heartbeat. He'd show up at the set and read his lines with his typical chain smoker voice, and voila he would have added another movie to his shit list :lol

I enjoy Killer Clowns just fine without alcohol. I guess it's no wonder I don't feel the need to drink if that's my natural state of mind. :lol

Masters of the Universe and Leprechaun 4 would require a fair amount of alcohol to enjoy though. I really thought I'd get more enjoyment out of a movie where Courtney Cox and Tom Paris help Ivan Drago.

Is it odd that, after watching this movie and seeing all the many many things that are wrong with it, the sharks in the tornadoes is not the biggest gripe I had? I mean, they used small explosive devices to destroy tornadoes. They BLEW UP tornadoes. The fuck?

I read the budget for this movie was just over a million dollars. Imagine what the second one will be like if that budget is upped to three million!

Don't you think the ScyFy network would get the hint by now that their movies are completely awful or these actors would have a bit more self respect to be in these POS?

For a struggling actor, a gig is a gig. Gotta pay the bills somehow, even if that involves fighting your way out of a fake shark. :lol

And SyFy keeps airing these movies because they're awful. These kinds of bad movies have a following now, so as long as it gets the ratings, they don't care.
