The World Needs A Hero - 2001

The World Needs a Hero is the ninth studio album by American heavy metal band Megadeth released on May 15, 2001 in the United States, May 12 in Japan and May 14 in Europe. After the failure of Megadeth's previous album, Risk, The World Needs a Hero represented a change back to a heavier musical direction. Subsequently, the album charted at number 16 on the Billboard 200 upon release.

Lineup;

Dave Mustaine - Vox, Guitar
Dave Ellefson - Bass
Al Pitrelli - Guitar
Jimmy Degrasso - Drums

I don't mind this one, it has a few duds, but has a few really good tracks too.

Silent Scorn I guess, but it's a cool little piece
Everyone else, except Wolfking is wrong.

Alright album, but a bit too lengthy and has some weak songs.

Losing My Senses.

I havn't been participating in the last few because I just don't know the albums *that well* after RIP...

...but can I just say that I freakin LOVE "1000 Times Goodbye"?    If you've ever been through that type of breakup...it really hits home.   :lol

Can't relate personally, but it's really awful.  And hysterical!   :omg:

Yes you can. One of my faves.

Do people really like LMS? And Silent Scorn might be short, but it's still better than about a half of the album.
