Tough call for me between The Doctor's Wife and The Impossible Astronaut, but I was happy for either of them to get through as long as The Girl Who Waited made it. Which it did. So, whoo!

Interesting fact - this is, so far, the only series where no Steven Moffat episodes are going through to the final. Looking at the stats, though, RTD only got two through, so it's no failure. Well, three, really, cos The Impossible Planet was mostly him.
