Can I make a suggestion here that if the day comes where it doesn't make sense for the forum to continue, that we make a facebook group for just general DTF discussion? I know there's a DTF facebook group now, but that's exclusively DT related posts, not the general discussion that most of us come here for. It would be great to give all of us long timers a place to chat about the random stuff we talk about here.

I remember a discussion a while back about how discussion forums are becoming less and less popular as social media has taken over everything.  And how even though they're vastly inferior to having anything like a focused discussion, it's just a fact that they're more popular now with younger folks, and will therefore continue to be more popular.  Something like that.  But I didn't see this follow-up thread until now.

I don't have anything to add, except that I'm glad DTF will continue for the foreseeable future.
