Taylor Swift - The Prog version
« on: June 13, 2013, 08:57:30 PM »
Or something like that. :)

I took the new Taylor Swift song '22' and gave it some twists. It was also a very interesting recording because it featured Daniel J (who played on JR's album "Rhythm Of Time") and 2 drummers playing simultaneously.

As usual, feel free to throw your thought at me freely. :)

Not much to add here. But it's about time for a CD/DVD, don't you think?

Great! But sometimes I couldn't help but laugh at the singer's face.

I've learnt to expect only quality stuff from Eyal, so I thought that I'll most likely be amazed by this one too. As I had never heard anything by Taylor Swift, I listened to the original version first, just to make the Eyal version sound even better then. It worked, really great stuff.  :tup

Thanks everyone! Love pomplamoose, too. :)

BTW, my friend Ariel (one of the drummers on the track) wrote a very lengthy and informative post on recording the drums for this song. If you're interested, it's here:
