Doctor Who - Series 4 (2007-2010) - Final Round

Apparently, me and ariich are the only two who truly appreciate the wonders of The Waters of Mars.

On your heads be it. Here's our finalists. This round will determine the placing of all three.

"The End of Time" is not good at all.  Die!  Die!

I'm afraid that the other two will split votes and leave it as the winner.

I don't agree with GP in that I do really enjoy the End of Time (even if the end is incredibly drawn out and overly milked, there are some wonderful moments that make it fantastic), but it's definitely the weakest of these 3. Silence and Midnight for me!

And yeah, the Waters of Mars is so great, probably the darkest DW has ever been. Such a shame it didn't make the final. :(

Ariich is a freak, or somehow has more hours in the day than everyone else.
I be am boner inducing.

No, you are not the only ones. The Waters of Mars is one of the best "episodes" of Who. Definitely my favourite of the specials by far. Not only it is great in its own right, but also really showcased best what the Doctor becomes when he is estranged and how important the role of the companion is for his character to stay grounded. "Brilliant!"

Exactly abydos, that intensity in the story, and how dark his character becomes, is what makes it so great. Alas.
