Drops on May 18. I also take it that Oppu is back in the band full-time now.

Thanks guys! "Least accessible" of course doesn't equate to all the songs being prog epics, but there's more going on in them musically and dynamically, which means that you can't easily categorize them as the radio-friendly single(-type) tracks and the heavy hitters like before.

In german it would be translated to "Goldener Hirsch" and that's the name of various restaurants throughout the country, most of them of the more bourgeios style.

Well, Amo have had ewes, milk, mittens and cantors in their lyrics before, and none of those things are very metal either

Oppu disagreed with the turn the band's music took on Tuonela and thought they should either go back to their roots or call it a day. The others didn't feel the same way (though according to the official book, Pasi and Pekka would've preferred to do some heavier stuff and it was mainly the guitarists spearheading the new direction), so he quit. Niclas, on the other hand, didn't like the way the management was handling the band's businesses (he didn't go into details in his statement). The way he said "most" of the band didn't see a need for change makes it sound like at least one of the guys shared his reservations about the management. Maybe we'll find out someday, but the current lineup is so strong that hopefully it'll last.

The Bee sounds killer, and really I wasn't expecting anything less.
This song is almost full on progressive death metal

One of the very few bands that seem to get better with age.

Oh wow, didn't expect them to release the opener as a single, given that they've done that very rarely since Tomi J joined (I think only Shades of Gray had a lyric video). Not a bad choice though

I was just coming to mention their new single! It looks like I was beaten to it. Anyhow, amazing song. These guys continue to impress. It sounds like you've heard the new record by some means. I'm assuming it met the hype?

As mentioned at the end, it's hard to form an opinion on it based on a single listen, but I have a feeling I'll rank it pretty high once I've heard it enough times. It's the Sacrifice of the new album, i.e. the only obvious radio single. I remember the Anneke duet being catchy as well, but it probably wouldn't make much sense to release a single that won't get played live, given that they avoid backing tracks.
