I traded in my 360 yesterday for their 90% extra trade in promotion so I could get a couple more games.

I'll have the following games on launch:

Knack
Battlefield 4
Killzone: Shadowfall
Assassin's Creed IV

That looks like typical legal jargon that isn't necessarily incongruent with actual practice.

6.3 seems targeted towards merchants, or players acting as merchants, not your buddy buying a game off you.

7.1 is true, and we have expressly authorized permission from Sony to treat disc-based games as we have been. Publishers have done so as well. These lines simply codify the potential to change the status quo, which they've always had the ability to do. It was the massive public backlash that prevented it.

Don't know if what is true? They sell you a license and, for disc games, a disc to go with it, not the software. It's an intellectual property thing.

But that's with the phone centered in your hand. If its weight was 4-5 inches from the center of you hand (like it is attached to the controller), it'd probably feel insanely heavy after a bit of play.

What games would you play tonight? Depending on what you've got, it may not be a bad thing to put off the PS4 for tonight.

currently, my most up to date console is my ps2. I can't wait for ps4 to come out, ps3s should tumble in value meaning I can pick up a cheapy and have a full console's game catalogue at my disposal

. Anyone else looked over the "Shadow of Mordor" game? It's kinda like Assassin's Creed but in a Tolkien setting

Well, when I "thought about buying a PS4", it was after announcement of the system and some really awesome looking games. Not my fault all those games were delayed until unknown launch dates. I also purchased it when I was single.

Infamous: Second Son is the first game I think that was actually built just for the PS4. It's a sequel to the other Infamous games, but I never played those so I don't think it's essential to know the backstory. The combat in the game is quite addicting.

And Outlast is a free PSN+ survival horror game that takes place in a mental asylum and you play a journalist who only has a video camera. Similar to Amnesia. Short, but sweet
