I learned today that many russians have dash cams to prevent police corruption and insurance fraud from accidents.

I'm sorry, that's completely inaccurate.  How could they possibly know the sequence of events portrayed therein?  I just find it hard to believe that only a handful of dinosaurs were in that cave.  And after the destruction, how did they even know how big the cave was?  Or where it was?
