Almost done judging. Problem is, I just found out that Big Hath's song is too long, so I'll need another entry from him. I'm done judging everything else though.

I'll post them at 2 minutes to midnight if he hasn't sent me another song at before that. If I receive it before tomorrow night, I can still judge it, but I probably won't have time on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

How much over is it? If it's slightly over it might be because of blank time at the beginning or end, or the uploader stretched the song out by an extra 1 or 2% to get by the filters. Or you can do the teacher method and just penalize for not following directions.

It's almost 2 minutes over, and there's almost no blank time. I've refused other entries before because they were too long, and if I accept this one then people might be upset because their first choice wasn't accepted because it was too long and this one is. That's not really fair, so I want another entry. It was my mistake for not noticing its length until I started judging; I usually check everything.

Well, here are the results (except Big Hath's song which I will judge as soon as I get it). Sorry for the short writeups guys; I'm just really busy so I just wrote some very short commentary instead of droning on and on about every single aspect of each song.

black_floyd: Spiral Architect – Insect

Cool song, but it couldn’t really get to me. It’s definitely not bad though.

Elite: Maudlin of the Well – Gleam in Ranks

Great song, I especially like the intro. It’s really subtle and has a nice calm-before-the-storm mood. The lyrics are great, and the music is too. I’m not too fond of the vocals though, they’re a bit dull.

Lolzeez: Can – Soup

Very weird song, but it really intrigued me. The vocals are a bit weird though. The intro is really weird and the whole section after that is really cool. After about 5:30, shit gets weird again. It’s epic

Great song. Really interesting. I like the lyrics too.

Dr. DTVT: Koenjihyakkei - Angherr Shisspa

DOUBLE-U TEE EFF. This is indeed random. And chaotic. In fact, I think it’s the most random song I’ve received this round. And it’s a good song as well.

lonestar: Pyramid Theorem – Forever in Chains

Although this song isn’t as random or chaotic as I’d expected, it has a nice prog sound and is generally just really good. I love it; my only complaint is that it doesn’t entirely fit the round theme.

Other than that, the song is amazing, and the voice sample is fantastic. And this is a two-man band? Wow.
