If I was in their shoes I would release a 2-3 minute segment of the concert in a 1080p h.264 mkv (muxed with both stereo and 5.1 DTS-MA audio) and I would do so the same day the Blu-ray becomes available for pre-order. Then I'd just sit back and watch as a phenomenal amount of pre-orders start piling up.

To be honest, the only mistake that OTE is continually doing is prematurely announcing when they have no idea whether they'll be "allowed" to release anything.

Yeah, the concept is cool...but the guy in the unicycle (and his hat) look lame-ish.
