We pretty much know the album has 9 songs + intro, so I'd say double CD is already highly unlikely.
And before anyone points it out, while DT's one example of a double album was indeed only 6 songs, I'm pretty sure it would have been on the whiteboard in individual tracks/movements for the sake of recording, rather than as a 42 minute block.
Well, at least the double-album rumors have been killed.
Couldn't have both albums saved on one CD? (surely I am not talking about the version to be commercially released, I am talking about the one in Chicky's hand)
Possibly, but I highly doubt it. That could only be the case if the files on that disc are lower quality than WAV (which is highly unlikely).
What about MP3 ?
I think MP3 is exactly what he was referring to by "lower quality than WAV". If I was cranking DT's new album that I'd just spent so long being a part of, I'd be burning uncompressed!
