Generally I hate all of those meme faces. Also apologies if anyone else is seeing that image as huge. It certainly is on my phone! :/

So now we know the album is at max 700mb in size, 52x in playing speed and maximum 80 mins long!  :metal

NUGGETZ!!

I guess you are right, but the date doesn't fit, so may be the '2' means the second disk ? :eek

Edit: that disk seem pretty full, must be the date.
The mixes were done July 2, 2013, or 2 july 13
Everything is immaterial. Do you know that reality is immaterial? This is not reality.
In what friggin' universe is a 68 minute long album "short"?

Everyone who has the problem has tried it.

Quote
I am sure many people have emailed the support on the exact same subject on which I am about to email you.

I downloaded the demo. I opened the demo and it says exactly this:

"Could not initialize Direct3D. Please make sure the latest DirectX End-User Runtime is installed: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35"

I go to that website and download the setup. I then use the setup. After it is completed, it says exactly this:

"DirectX setup has determined that a newer or equivalent version of DirectX has been installed already. No installation is necessary."

Note that the website I downloaded the setup from is the EXACT SAME as the website you are supposed to download from (via Picroma) if there is an issue.

In other words, I already have something that the demo thinks I do not have and cannot be convinced otherwise. I've seen many threads in the forums of the exact same subject, though I do not know if they got the message across.

I think it would be helpful to update the demo to DirectX 11, which is what most people have now. I think the demo won't let you enter unless you have DirectX 9.0c, and nothing newer.

The tech demo of a game I intend to buy (Cube World) will not run. This was the second developer's response:

Quote
Hi,
this warning also appears often when you have an Intel Graphics Card.
We can not support integrated cards at the moment.
Best
Pixxie

I refuse to acknowledge the lie that tells me I can't run a demo simply because of my graphics card. Besides, it has nothing to do with the fact that I have DX11, which DX9 games (like the demo I'm trying to run) apparently do not support.

This is why I've never bothered with PC gaming. You need a million add-ons, and by the time you get them, half of them are probably outdated.

Yeah, I get what you're saying, but with a console you never have to replace anything really.

You just buy the new iteration every four years or so.

The #1 thing I always say to people who want to game AT ALL on computers is "DO NOT GET INTEGRATED GRAPHICS". Every single game is a dice roll as to whether it will run, regardless of how supposedly powerful the card is. It's a shame that Cube World won't run on your computer, but there's nothing you can do to except upgrade to a dedicated graphics card (which is impossible if you have a laptop).

And the money from the job that I may or may not actually get is almost all going towards half of the cost for a trip to Chicago with my school's orchestra (totals $900).

Yeah, it really sucks. Sorry about your circumstances, just wanted to make sure you don't waste any more effort trying to get the game running when it's not going to.

Meh. It says on the website that integrated cards are not CURRENTLY supported.

There's a possible chance in the future, I guess, if the two of them (the only two people who work on the game) decide to upgrade the game to support DirectX 11.

I was kind of hoping that maybe because of the holiday there might be a slight possibility that perhaps there was a chance that we could have a tracklist/album artwork today

It's only a US holiday, so that doesn't really warrant an announcement.
Is there any kind of typical day they announce stuff? Maybe Monday? Then again, they haven't announced an announcement yet, so maybe a week after that. :lol
Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.

I just hope they have SOME sort of announcement before Monday, as I will be gone for almost a week in Branson, Missouri. I don't want to miss out on all the forum hype the instant it's released

The album was just finished and the tracklist hasn't been revealed anyway, so you can't preorder it yet.

Yeah well I'll just print it out then and glue it to a CD. I'll have the last laugh after I rock out to DTs new album. I'll be posting my review of it by tomorrow.
