It's pretty unremarkable. Not bad, but to me it's nothing more than a song from a video game. I barely count it as a DT song. It's probably something they jammed out over a few nights at sound check. If it was on an actual album, I would definitely understand the hate, but considering its circumstances, its pretty much what I would expect.

Okay, I guess. But I think the point was that Mosh felt like the song was quickly thrown together. Whether it was for a one-off 'mixtape' or for the actual game isn't really that relevant, is it? I mean, I know some bands that made music specifically for video games, and that music was actually in the video game, and I still consider it a part of their catalogue. Of course, in that case, the music was consistently good compared to the rest of their discography.
But yeah, for Raw Dog, while DT are no strangers to making instrumental tracks, the fact that it was all hyped like, "New DT song made for this God of War thing!" and they didn't even make an effort to do an actual song, with James laying down some vocals, did make it seem like they just quickly got it over and done with, and didn't really care too much about it. Unfortunately.
BUT YES! NEW ALBUM! WHOO! Personally, a tracklist and art work would NOT hold me over until September. I want that single, damn it!
