I'd guess tracklisting and release date, but maybe a bit early for artwork? You'd think they'd announce a new album with artwork though. I can't remember what the case was with the last few albums, so maybe I'm wrong.

I remember them releasing both artwork and tracklisting at the same time for BCSL.

I know ADTOE artwork was released for the first time with the On the Backs of Angels single release. Wasn't around for any earlier releases.

And I wouldn't mind that being the artwork. They're apparently sticking with Hugh Syme, so whatever he produces, I'm fine with it. Sometimes he strikes gold, sometimes he doesn't, that's just the way it goes.

I'm basing it on my entire concept album prediction, which actually has two instrumentals. It should fit in nicely.

That was the case for BC&SL, but for SC and ADTOE it was title/track listing and then the artwork came sometime later.

Honestly, I think this is all about Machine Head. They have a new bass player since april and his identity remains a mistery. Also, their contract finished with the last record... The "big" announcement has to be something related to that.

With that being said, hopefully I'm wrong. It's already time to know how DT12 is called, although I expect a week or two more of suffering.
