Interpretations for a music video

The reason I'm not asking this question in the Rammstein thread is that I need general opinions on the subject matter of the band's new music video. NSFW btw
Rammstein music videos have been for the most part very rich in imagery and handling of psychological issues, they're either very deep or very comedic but either way the music video rarely had direct connection to the songs lyrics with Rammstein. However Mein Herz brennt lyrics and translation can be found here.
Obviously there's a story in the video, I have my own interpretation but it's incomplete and doesn't connect all the dots and I've read a lot of Rammstein fans opinions but nothing really registered with me.
Ideas?
