Sorry but that is most certainly fake, can't find 1 swedish article about it but I can find a dozen english articles or text in the same format and I can't find any news articles either. It is though supposedly from 1994 so that can explain the lack of internet sources.

It strikes me as fake, too, though I've certainly read stranger things that turned out to be real.  I know it was supposedly just a tiny little kitten, but if you're trying to save it, how do you "accidentally" inhale so hard that you swallow it?  CPR is based on blowing air into the victim, right?  He went to take a big breath but forgot to turn his head?
