OKAY SO GUYS LAST NIGHT I SAW SOAD OVER HERE IN SEATTLE AND IT WAS PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS I'VE EVER BEEN TO. NO JOKE. I TAKE THE PLACEMENT OF MY "GREATEST CONCERT EXPERIENCES" VERY SERIOUSLY AND THIS DEFINITELY IS RIGHT UP THERE WITH TOOL AND NEVERMORE. FROM THE MOMENT WHEN THEY OPENED WITH PRISON SONG AND WE SAW THE BIG CURTAIN FALL TO REVEAL THE BAND TO THE LAST VERSE OF SUGAR, I WAS SCREAMING MY FUCKING HEART OUT TO EACH SONG (EXCEPT LONELY DAY, SINCE I HAD TO PEE).

SERJ WAS AT THE FUCKING TOP OF HIS GAME LAST NIGHT. INCREDIBLE VOCALS ALL AROUND AND HE HAS THIS REALLY INTERESTING DANCING STYLE THAT WAS PRACTICALLY...MEZERMIZING. AND THE REST OF THE BAND WERE AMAZING AS WELL. DARON GAVE OFF SUCH A LARGE PORTION OF ENERGY TO THE CROWD. SHAVO IS STILL A FUCKING BEAST OF A BASS PLAY AND JOHN THREW A DRUMSTICK AT THE END OF THE SHOW ALL THE FUCKING WAY TO THE BACK OF THE STADIUM.

ALSO QUESTION! WAS EASILY THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHT FOR ME. JUST LIKE SEVERAL OTHER SONGS IN THE SET, THEY DID AN EXTENDED OPENING FOR QUESTION! WHERE SERJ PLAYED THE CHORUS ACOUSTICALLY FOR THE CROWD, THEN THEY JUST FUCKING WENT NUTS WITH THE MAIN HEAVY RIFF.

OH MY GOD THIS SHOW WAS FUCKING BEAUTIFUL I CAN'T BELIEVE IT I ACTUALLY SAW SOAD LIVE OMGOMGOMG
