Seven Kingdoms are an American power metal band from Deland, Florida.

I was recently made aware of this female fronted power metal band, and was impressed by their material. Figured since they appear to be relatively obscure I'd share the band with you guys. Check 'em out if you're a fan of metal with extra cheese on top and/or are also a fan of the 'Song of Ice and Fire' series of novels (personally I'm not but there are enough catchy hooks and vocal melodies to keep me interested in the songs even if I'm not invested in the lyrics).

I saw them open up for Blind Guardian back November 2010. I was not impressed. They were much better on record. Granted they could have had a bad night or something but everyone was off that night.

It wouldn't stop me from seeing them again though.
